Every cost set out line by line, usually with you within a week. No pressure to sign there and then.

Agreed start date, regular updates, and a site manager on hand for the full length of the job.

Sign-off and guarantee

Final walkthrough together, site cleared, and your written guarantee handed over before we leave.
